Products will be supplied through download wherever it is practical to do so.Boxed products are delivered through royal mail first class.Depending on the final weight of your order this will be either First class (Large letter) or First class ( Packet).We only charge you the actual cost. We accept returns for DVD products if the product is damaged or unopened. We cannot accept returns for downloaded products. Whenever this information changes shipping information will be updated accordingly.
