In order to ease the pain of seeking support we have implimented a new helpdesk feature on the main website. The HelpDesk is a knowledge base of all regular questions and answers. By searching the knowledge base you can find answers to all the most common issues.
If you have an idea you'd like us to hear, or a wishlist you'd like to tell us about, please make good use of the Feedback funcion of the website.
Vote on the best ideas...the more votes a particulare feature request gets the more likely we are to prioritise implimenting it.

In an extremely comprehensive review of Earth Simulations Ltd and the products we provide we are thrilled to have recieved the covetted Avsim GOLD STAR award for Earth Simulations Ltd as a company, for ESI our software managemt software and for Isles of Scilly , Guernsey and Alderney each. It's simply fantastic to recieve such high recognition for our little companies  efforts to provide the flight sim community with scenery products focussed on the highest attanable quality .

A new version of ESI is available from the ES website. Many improvements including the much requested ESI-Pack feature enabling the creation of Offline backups amongst other things.
